Your quote will include the selected garments with sizing break down, cost and method of decoration. All the costs involved in your project will be shown with no surprises. In order to move your project forward you’ll need to approve the quote and pay a 50% advance of the order. We accept all major credit cards and payment confirmations.

After quote approval a mock-up will be created to be approved before starting the production of your job. Mock-ups will show the size and placement of your design on the garment of your choice.

In order to move your project into production you’ll need to have your mock-up approved and pay the remaining 50% of your quote. Once payment is received in full, the order processing will begin. Production normally takes about 10-12 business days from that time. We offer rush service; extra fees may apply. We accept all major credit cards and payment confirmation, payment needs to be confirmed before production begins.

Most orders are shipped using UPS, FEDEX or Purolator, other shipping methods are available. If you have a courier account, you provide us the shipping labels, schedule pick up from our location. Curbside pickup and local courier options are also available.
